Alexander Lozano has a unique background in the firm. He started in audit and assurance where he managed multiple engagements from $0-$500 million in revenue. He has gained many years of experience managing reverse mergers and IPOs for clients from $0-$200 million in revenue. His audit specialties include real estate services, professional services, e-commerce, advertising and manufacturing. He also has many years of experience as a Corporate Controller for financial institutions, advertising and e-commerce companies where he oversaw multiple corporate acquisitions and mergers. Alex has built up quite a bit of tax planning experience in personal, partnership and corporate tax as well, specializing in small manufacturers, real estate and professional services.
