managing reverse mergers and IPOs for clients from $0-$200 million in revenue. His past work in audit
and assurancegave him experience in real estate services, professional services, e-commerce,
advertising, and manufacturing. He also has many years of experience as a Corporate Controller for
financial institutions, advertising, and e-commerce companies where he oversaw multiple mergers and
acquisitions. He also built up over a decade of tax planning experience in individual, partnership, and
corporate tax as well. He specializes in private equity investments, real estate, small business,
start-ups, and professional services.

books, spending time with his family, trying out new restaurants, and planning the next camping trip.

Cindy Cazun, is a tax staff accountant with 13+ years of accounting experience.
Acquiring a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and a minor in communications studies from California State
University Long Beach. She has extensive experience working with individuals, businesses, and
organizations. Specializing in tax preparation, audits and financial reporting.

In her personal life, Cindy enjoys outdoor swimming, mud runs, home improvement projects, and dancing
salsa at local dining venues.

Peggy Fowler is our office manager and bookkeeper. She has many years of invaluable
experience. Her expertise in office management, bookkeeping and Quickbooks enables her to assist clients
with all their accounting needs.

Lu is a bookkeeper for the firm. He enjoys spending time with his friends and
family.

Aida is the receptionist and administrative support for the firm. She enjoys
spending time with her friends and family.
